Nothing Humane About the Place

About 10 days ago we visited the Humane Society over in Big City. I figured with all the abandoned animals in the world it would be a great place to pick up a new pet. In this case, a cat. I’m not very familiar with other shelters, so I don’t know what’s normal, but they keep all the cats in one big room.
